In this case, a feedback form would be nice. If you can't tell why your customers buy products or services from you, it's best that you ask the customers themselves. Remember that the bond between you and your customers is important for the growth of your business.

This is very intriguing. Price, ease and selection are the three factors mentioned by you. Are there more? I think this deserves a fuller treatment.
I know for example that too many choices quite often confuses a customer and he postpones the purchase.
