I've found that duplicating "big business" strategies works very well for my small business, actually. We're just doing it on a smaller scale. If it ain't broke don't fix it is the phrase here - why re-invent the wheel? If what they're doing works, duplicate that and make that strategy work for your business as well.

Don, at first I wondered what your site was all about. I have hopped around quite a few pages and am really liking it.
There was a series "chicken soup for the soul" and so on, you could well create one like that.
Try directed marketing of your e-books and site at Twitter members.
