One difficulty people have in running a Business @t Home is creating an environment conducive to getting work done without the normal distractions of being at home when they're supposed to be at work. At first, I thought the following advice from DesignTalk was counter productive:
"The most important rule, when adding a home office to a room, is to make it look as least like an office as possible. This isn’t as difficult as it sounds — today’s desks and office storage come in styles that will adapt to everything from country to contemporary looks."
Then, I looked at my own office (at home). I realized part of what I enjoyed was my home and how it all blended together, not how separate it was. I'll have to find other ways to discipline my productivity while enjoying my home (office).
